Watch our 2-minute video preview to see what a typical Dr. Clue program looks and feels like!
With its 843 acres of classic architecture, gorgeous statuary and sports, educational and performance facilities, New York’s Central Park (the first landscaped public park in the United States) is a one-of-a-kind wonderland in the heart of the city. Its creators, Frederick Law Olmsted, the park’s superintendent at the time, and Calvert Vaux, an English-born architect, needed over 20,000 workers to transform the area into what it is today. Everyone has their own favorite part of Central Park, whether it’s the zoo, the Castle, the Tavern on the Green restaurant or the ice skating rink. Your Dr. Clue treasure hunt runs from roughly 64th Street up to 75th and is the center of the action, including the Mall, Sheep Meadow and Bethesda Terrace. During your hunt, you may encounter a statue dedicated to Lewis Carroll’s famous heroine; a mosaic remembering a fallen Beatle; a memorial to sled dogs; and so much more.
